Our cozy vacation rental in the small village of Bülitz in the Altmark region offers space for 2–4 people over approximately 70 m² (750 sq. ft.). The duplex is spread over two floors and offers a quiet location and panoramic views of the countryside. Old walls, exposed wooden beams, brick, and clay plaster create a unique ambience in the rooms, combining rustic charm with modern conveniences such as underfloor heating and fiber-optic internet. Surrounded by meadows and forests, this is the perfect place to unwind, discover and recharge in nature.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

Attention: There is no central heating. There is a convection oven, which is similar to a tiled stove, but quickly provides cozy warmth. Welcome to your temporary home! Imagine arriving, taking a deep breath and immediately feeling this pleasant feeling of relaxation. Our lovingly furnished apartment is the ideal place to escape the everyday and simply unwind. "Prignitz is a privilege for some and a pampa for others" The property is 5.3 ha. In January 2021, a large part was forested with about 9,000 young deciduous trees and fenced with a game fence.
