In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Kitchen, living room and dining room in one room. Breakfast can be booked in addition. (for only 12.50 euros per person) The kitchen is fully equipped. Foot whirlpool and foot massager available. No pets allowed! It's a non-smoking apartment. We kindly ask guests to smoke only outdoors.

Downtown is 4 km away, there is a very good bus connection. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has its own lockable entrance. A private car parking space is located right in front of the house. The small daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.

Directly in front of it, there are two parking spaces, a small terrace with a picnic table and a lawn which are at your disposal. The WiFi connection has been upgraded by an amplifier and works very well. A kettle grill is at your disposal. It is covered under the stairs. Please put it back there after cooling and cleaning.

You can hike from there through the forest to the Moselle. The Eifelsteig is about 3.5 km away. Also ideal for cycling on the Moselle and Kylltal bike paths.

It can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families, hikers and all those looking for nature, peace and relaxation. Only 3 km away is the Lietzenhof golf course with its 18-hole course surrounded by beautiful nature.
