St Helen is a Orv friendly community where you can unload your machines and ride from your cabin up town to gas stations and restaurants. Nice ranch with Houghton Lake at the end of the street. Access to launch a small boat. DNR launch close by. Property is on Devonshire which is the access road for the ORV trails. Trails are 1/2 mile down the street. Large fenced in yard with fire pit, BBQ and swing set. Great for kids. Boating, trail riding, hunting or just relaxing this is it. Sheets and towels included. Well water. Please note we have security cameras to monitor outdoor house access. Our cleaning staff is top notch.

This 2 bedroom sleeps 6 easily with a bunk room, comfortable new pull out bed in the living room sofa, and a master bedroom with queen bed. Fully stocked kitchen. Air Conditioning in master bedroom and living room area. TV with Phillo TV and Internet. Washer and Dryer. Great area for ATVs and trails only blocks away!! The deck/porch is spacious with chairs and lounges.

We have a 2 bedroom house with plenty of extra sleeping in the common areas 2 Futons that make out into a bed and a sofa sleeper we also have plenty of room for parking all your boat trailers or ORV trailers parking in front and back of house are kitchen is fully stocked and we have a BBQ gas grill to use are garage is set up for a game room we’re you can play cards or we have lots of board games poker chips and other card game ! We have recently added a pool table!
