Our modern vacation home (85 m²) is located on the outer edge of the idyllic NRW gold village of Benroth, in the middle of the Bergisches Land (about 50 km east of Cologne). Surrounded by forest and meadow, nature lovers, hikers, mountain bikers, mushroom and berry pickers will get their money's worth. An inspirational space for creative people! Cozy attic apartment (3rd floor) on the outskirts of Cologne directly on Königsforst. 50 m LIDL, restaurants and wellness oasis MEDITERANA in the village. The apartment is fully furnished. Bathroom access only from the large room. The city train is a 6-minute walk away (trade fair 15 minutes, city 22 min.), express bus 2 min. walk (cathedral/train station 16 min.). 300 meters from the highway exit. By car trade fair in 10 minutes, city 15 minutes. Ample parking next to the house on the street. Requests between 9 am and 10 pm.

You will stay in a bright, quiet studio with sleeping loft, open kitchen and bathroom, in the middle of an idyllic horse farm. Gut Scheidt is located in the green triangle of Düsseldorf / Ratingen / Mettmann. It's less than 10 minutes to the A3. The distance to Düsseldorf city center is approx. 25 minutes. The fair and the airport can be reached in 20 minutes. The district town of Mettmann is only 10 minutes away…

The Porz/Rhine railway station is only 5 minutes away, and from there you can take regional trains to the Deutz trade fair centre in only 10 minutes or to Cologne's main railway station in 15 minutes. In the immediate vicinity there are several shopping facilities, restaurants, pubs, cocktail bar and an ice cream parlour.

Paradise house with sun terrace on the edge of the forest

Idyllically located under old trees in a small mountain village with beautiful sun terrace and a heavenly panoramic view of nature. On cooler days, in addition to the central heating, the well-dried wood in the fireplace brings cozy warmth and a crackling atmosphere into the spacious living/dining room. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to try it out; spices on site. Good Wi-Fi reception, also on the terrace. Parking is right in front of the house. Dogs are welcome.

The room can be used independently from the rest of the house. It has a double bed (1.40) and a private bathroom with a shower In the passage to the bathroom you can prepare food. The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.

Its history dates back to 1844. In 2010, the forest house on the Wupper was lovingly renovated according to modern and at the same time ecological standards. The house is connected to 2 terraces and a large garden. Here you can relax...

Apartment with large terrace and garden

Kreuzberg, the small church village on the dams in the middle of the Bergisches Land/North Rhine-Westphalia. Hiking, cycling, many excursion destinations, as well as swimming reservoirs and outdoor pool in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop outside the door, grocery store and organic shop within walking distance. Separate terrace with Weber grill and electric awning are included. A dog is very welcome.
