Our cute apartment is on the 3rd floor of our house in Ehrenfeld, Cologne's most popular district, where you can get everything you need. From the small typical Büdchen to galleries, organic shops, boutiques, trendy clubs and bars to one of Cologne's most beautiful wellness baths, the Neptunbad, everything can be reached in a few minutes. The apartment itself is located on a quiet street and the apartment faces the courtyard with a beautiful big tree. Here you just sleep wonderfully quietly

Eine gemütliche helle Wohnung erwartet euch hier, die ihr mit mir und meiner Hündin teilen dürft. Die Wohnung liegt in eine ruhige aber zentrale Lage von Hagen. Die Fern Uni ist nur 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Studenten der Fernuni ,Frauen und Mädels sind hier sehr willkommen. Euren Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Single Bett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. . Die offene Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und hell. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche wird geteilt.

Enjoy your stay in cologne. Pet friendly (cats or small dogs are no problem). Free use of Wi-Fi, Gaming (PS5), Netflix etc. Long term apartment is also available. Perfect location. You can reach everything like the Arcaden (mall), grocery stores, pharmacies, train stations, fitness club within 5 minutes of walk. Mitten in der Stadt mit Parkplatz und Aufzug befindet sich das neue Apartment mit Balkon und vollständig eingerichteter Küche.. Der HBf ist 10 min entfernt, ebenso die Universität Wuppertal, Düsseldorf, Köln, Dortmund, Essen, Bochum sind mit dem Zug in 30 min zu erreichen. Das schöne Luisenviertel zum Ausgehen liegt vor der Türe, Pina Bausch, Museen, der Zoo, die Schwebebahn sind unweit entfernt… Langzeitvermietung ist willkommen;-)

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in beautiful Niedersetzen with your own bathroom and kitchen (incl. little Breakfast) Just a few steps to the forest, but only 5 minutes to City (by car)! The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.

Our single-family home has a spacious, separate floor on the 1st floor with sloping ceilings and charming, super cozy furnishings in a quiet location and close to the Rhine for max. 4 people. The guest floor is of course only available to the guests who have booked. Both bedrooms have a modern and very quiet Daikin Duo split wall air conditioning R32 with the wall unit model FTXP35N.
