The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. This type of house is known as " ein Heuerhaus'. It was built in 1883 and is one of the few remaining such houses in the area. We renovated it in the late1980's and it is recognised as a National Monument. The area we converted into the appartment for our guests, was originally used for storing the hay and straw for the animals winter fodder The house is surrounded by a large garden and uninterrupted view of the countryside.

A light-filled living area features a combination of comfortable seating, including a sofa and armchairs, alongside a wooden dining table set for six. Modern appliances and decor are present, with large windows offering natural light and views of an outdoor space.

There is space for your bicycles on the terrace. E-bikes can be charged here. It's about a 10-minute walk to the city. Münster is about 15 km away. The nearest bus stop towards Münster is a 2-minute walk. You can end the evening with a hot bubble bath by candlelight.
