Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

A modern kitchen is highlighted with sleek cabinetry and a spacious countertop. Large windows provide natural light and a view of the outdoor area. A cozy seating area is visible with a television and decorative elements enhancing the inviting space.

Enjoy the city in our cozy apartment in a quiet location directly on the green. By car, everything can be reached in 10-15 minutes, such as the city center(city), trade fair, Lanxess Arena, Tanzbrunnen...etc. Even by bike, these destinations are very easy to reach and the track is just great! Because you drive along the Rhine river. With us, the urban can be very well connected with nature. Via the Miles, Dott, Uber app, you can book cars, bicycles & e-scooters directly and drive off.

Combined kitchen and living room with sleeping loft - access via a steep staircase - sleeping places for 2/3 people, sofa bed in the living room, hallway and private bathroom, parking at the house. Private terrace in the courtyard, quietly located. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shops, local recreation lake and forest nearby.

The quaint cottage Gabi is located above the Hennese lake & offers a beautiful view of the Sauerland countryside. It is fully made of wood inside & exudes cozy coziness in a quaint atmosphere. Courtesy as before 30 years! It offers a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms with TEMPUR mattresses, sheep couch in the living room & bedroom floor on about 51 m ², so that there is space for 5-6 guests. The 2 terraces & the garden invite you to linger with wonderful views.

The house is located between the towns of Meschede and Eslohe, directly on the Hennesee, with many tourist attractions and possibilities in the area. In the winter months you can ski in Bödefeld or Winterberg and in summer cycling, swimming, hiking, etc.

This spacious house (55m2) is most suitable for hikers, cyclists and families with kids. Right next to the house is the National Park the Eifel and a few minutes drive away is the Rursee. This is one of the largest reservoirs in Germany and offers many water sports opportunities. From the balcony you have the most beautiful view of the village, over the beautiful mountain landscape of the Eifel.
