Our balcony room with private shower/toilet has a size of 27 square meters. The sleeping-living room is one room. It is located on the second floor with magnificent mountain views. In our separate farmhouse parlor you can enjoy your breakfast (photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course, the apartment is lockable. Shops, cafe, bakery, restaurants, children playground and bavarian park with lake are in walking distance. The flat is fully equipped with household appliance and everything you need to have a nice stay in Munich.

OG (mit Aufzug), ist sehr hell, hat ca. 44 qm und einen großen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne mit einem Daybed sowie einem kleinen Esstisch mit Stühlen. Modern, stylisch und absolut neuwertig möbliert mit Boxspringbett, Ess-/Arbeitstisch, Küchenzeile, Duschbad, begehbarem Kleiderschrank, etc.
