The 40 sqm apartment with 10 sqm balcony is located in a residential complex, which is about 800 m from Lake Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenberg cable car. The surroundings are therefore perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking and cycling. In the basement there is a swimming pool and a sauna, which can be reached via a basement corridor. Outside there is a barbecue area, a tennis court, and a mini-golf course. Important: In November, the pool & sauna are usually closed for maintenance.

An indoor pool area is visible, featuring large glass windows that provide panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The smooth water surface reflects the serene landscape, enhancing the tranquil ambiance of the space.

However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 10 euros per day.

The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories.
