Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Our cosy flat is on the 2nd floor of our beautiful house with garden. We are located in a nice quiet neighbourhood, a quick 12 minute bus ride from the city centre - which is why you get free parking here ;) Close by: supermarket, train station, highway access , RM Congress Centre, Rhinegau. Only one restaurant nearby. IMPORTANT: No tourist tax is charged for under 18s by the city council. So pls let me know how many children are traveling with you so I can make an individual offer.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

About 6 km from Mainz city center and about 8 km from Wiesbaden city center. Frankfurt airport is about 38 km and the trade fair/Frankfurt is about 50 km away. Good motorway connections. Both public transport (bus) and the bike rental stations in Mainz are within 5 minutes walking distance. Mombach train station is about 500m Parking is possible free of charge in the surroundings. The size is about 45 m2.
