Perfect, private location above Reil (Reilerhals)

This a large and spacious house located on top of the hill overlooking Reil. The house has wonderful views below of the vineyards and river Mosel. Behind the house are forests. A quiet location that gives accessibility to walking in the area and with the village being a walk down through the vineyards. Please note there is not an electric charging point at the house to charge electric vehicles. If you wish to charge an electric car, please contact in advance to arrange the fee.

Cheerful colours and warm wood tones permeate this open and bright flat. When you wake up in the morning, the first rays of sunshine fall through the large windows and welcome the day. And when the weather is gloomy, just make yourself comfortable on the sofa next to the wood-burning stove. Historic half-timbered house from 1570. This is our vacation home that we regularly stay in with our family. It is located in the center of Pünderich. Bakers and various restaurants are within walking distance. The house has a large covered terrace (our summer living room) and in the basement there is a wine refrigerator stocked by the winemaker - nothing stands in the way of a cozy wine tasting. The house is fully furnished with everything you need.
