Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "das Ima," a cottage that was built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms (2 with doors and one with a curtain), plus a fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many books. For ideal indoor air, an air purifier with HEPA/activated carbon filter is available to remove pollen, odors, airborne allergens, etc.

We bought the farm 11 years ago and have been building, gardening and living here very happily ever since despite all the tasks that are still waiting. Meanwhile, the family of our daughter Nele also lives on the farm. Nele is also always approachable. You will find us on the outskirts of Wald-Erlenbach.

There is about 80 square meters of living space with a small terrace overlooking the greenery of the front Odenwald. Sink into the cozy 180 cm box-spring bed (super comfortable mattress!) after an active day in a deep sleep. The property has a separate entrance and parking.

My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.

Waldheim Lindenfels

The Waldheim is an Art Nouveau villa in the climatic health resort of Lindenfels overlooking the castle and the Weschnitztal and has a separate apartment for up to 6 people. The Waldheim is located directly on the Nibelungensteig hiking trail at the edge of the Schenkenberg forest. Highlights include the panoramic view, the sauna and the communal garden.
