Cozy house.

We are located 70 km. from Copenhagen. A detached compact house, almost without neighbours. The house features toilet, shower, sauna, two bedrooms and a lounge with integrated kitchen. In the loft there are additional beds. The house contains all the necessary furniture, TV, internet access, own parking etc. Public transport runs once an hour, stopping 300 meters from the house. From train station in Regstrup to Copenhagen is an hour transport, to the nearest bigger town Holbaek, the train ride is only 5 minutes. Our house is located next to the road number 23; Kalundborg - Copenhagen. Nearby restaurants, shops are at a distance of 4 km. It is possible to order take-out with delivery.Near 4 km from the house there is a beautiful lake near which you can walk. Photos of the lake can be seen in our ad. Ближайшие рестораны магазины на расстоянии 4 км. Есть возможность заказа пиццы на дом. Недалеко в 4 км от дома есть прекрасное озеро возле которого можно гулять. Overnatningen i den hyggelige skurvogn i bunden af en villa have. Når du har fundet din private parkeringsplads, går du ad en lille privat sti Sommeraftener kan nydes ved bål pladsen. Under opholdet har I eget toilet /bad, som befinder sig i hoved huset, med privat og ugeneret indgang til badeværelset. Boligen ligger få hundrede meter fra vandet. Der er cirka 2 km til centrum. Bemærk der er ikke egentlige køkken faciliteter til opholdet, men der er minikøleskab og lidt tallerkener/bestik

Bo på landet i vores træhus på 140 m². Huset har tre soveværelser: to med dobbeltsenge og et med to enkeltsenge, som kan slås sammen til en dobbeltseng. Der er desuden en sovesofa i stuen, som kan benyttes efter behov. Du er velkommen til at nyde vores store have på 15.500 m² med mange hyggelige kroge og en bålplads. Vi har 15 høns og en hane, der bidrager til den landlige stemning. Huset er i ét plan og har en stor, lys stue og et landligt køkken. Vi bor i et tidligere sommerhus på grunden.

Brændeovnen er hovedkilde til opvarmning, der er el-varme på badeværelse lidt gulvvarme som er tændt når strømmen er billig. Haven ligger helt ugeneret med plads til spil, sport og leg.

.The decoration is Nordic style and the building consists of living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with dining area and direct access to 16m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture. it is suitable for two people. . The nearest village is only 7 km away with shopping options. we are a couple in the sixties living permanently with our Jack Russel in the adjacent building, ,and we will alw terrierays be available for any inquiries and immediate help.

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
