Our quiet apartment is located in the northern Teckenburger Land. We run a small organic farm with a few chickens and a small herd of rare Fjäll cattle. Eggs from our free-range hens can be purchased. In the immediate vicinity, the Buchholz Forest invites you to hike, the Marina Recke sports boat harbor on the Mittelland Canal, the forest outdoor pool, the Steinbeck sulfur bath, as well as the motor fun park in the center of Reck since 2023 are also worth a visit.

A comfortable living room features a dark sectional sofa arranged around a coffee table. Two shelves display framed photos and decorative items. Soft lighting is provided by a floor lamp and string lights. A large window allows natural light, creating a warm ambiance.

Our apartment is located directly on the beautiful Buchholz, a part of the Teutoburg Forest, which invites you to jog or walk. In the immediate vicinity is the marina yacht harbor (approx. 2 km), the special forest outdoor pool Recke (2 km), the sauna "Schwefelbad Steinbeck." The destinations Tecklenburg, the "Tödden" hiking trail, the Teuto-Schleifen, the fairy tale forest with summer toboggan run, the squatting woman are also easily reached by car.

Hello dear guests! The guest apartment has a separate entrance and is on the ground floor. There is a kitchen with dining area, a master bedroom with double bed and another room, which can be used as a living room or, if necessary, serves as another bedroom with the sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower. The large courtyard offers enough space for parking. Large vans can also park on the street without any problems.

This type of house is known as " ein Heuerhaus'. It was built in 1883 and is one of the few remaining such houses in the area. We renovated it in the late1980's and it is recognised as a National Monument. The area we converted into the appartment for our guests, was originally used for storing the hay and straw for the animals winter fodder The house is surrounded by a large garden and uninterrupted view of the countryside.

A modern kitchen is presented, featuring sleek cabinetry and a spacious island in a neutral color scheme. Natural light is allowed in through a large window, which provides a view of greenery outside. Essential appliances, including a microwave and kettle, are visible on the countertop.
