In the immediate vicinity is the marina yacht harbor (approx. 2 km), the special forest outdoor pool Recke (2 km), the sauna "Schwefelbad Steinbeck." The destinations Tecklenburg, the "Tödden" hiking trail, the Teuto-Schleifen, the fairy tale forest with summer toboggan run, the squatting woman are also easily reached by car.

Up to 3 people can be accommodated in my beautiful, bright basement apartment, which was renovated and newly furnished in 06./07.2017. The apartment consists of a 30 sqm living/bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, in which you can also shower well, a new, modern fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining spacious dining area. The garden, very idyllically located by the forest, can of course also be used.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a three-party house just a few minutes walk from the center of Hollage. The Mittelland Canal is also within walking distance. From the balcony and from the living room you have a beautiful view of green meadows and a horse farm. Free public parking is sufficiently available in the side streets. A bus stop is just a few meters from the house.
