Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Enjoy peaceful days in our cozy vacation rental in the countryside of the Main-Spessart region, located between Karlstadt, Lohr, Wertheim, and Marktheidenfeld. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (not accessible) and features a sunny terrace for relaxing. Dogs are welcome. You can find shopping options in Marktheidenfeld (about 10 minutes by car). Public transportation is limited – your own vehicle is required. Ideal for nature lovers and peace seekers.

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

Whether hiking in the beautiful Spessart Nature Park, just relaxing, chilling out in the beach chair or cuddling on the sofa. Firelight & candlelight will warm the heart even on cold winter days. Experience harmonious days for two in our small cottage. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point to discover the beauty of the Spessart with its numerous sights (e.g. Mespelbrunn Water Castle).

Farm: House with special charm and sauna

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

Directly below the Romberg Nature Reserve is our cozy and quiet apartment with two bedrooms, kitchen, additional sofa bed and terrace in the beautiful Sendelbach district, surrounded by forests. We are surrounded by hiking and biking trails and are very familiar with the region. The apartment is surrounded by a spacious, green natural garden. In our garage, it is possible to charge e-bikes and safely store the bicycles.

Enjoy stylish and comfortable living right under the Marienberg Fortress: This bright apartment impresses with a modern interior, high-quality new furniture and a fantastic view directly onto the famous Käppele. Another practical advantage: You have free private parking right outside the front door. You can also easily walk to the vineyards – perfect for walks and a relaxing evening with views over Würzburg.

Apartment in Hain, the gateway to the Spessart

The vacation apartment is located in the attic of my house in Hain im Spessart. The house itself is built on a slope, so the front door can be reached via 30 steps. In the house itself, it is then another 15 steps up. The number of guests is limited to 5. If more guests would like to come, please send a request. By arrangement, it is possible that more guests will come. A double air bed can still be set up.
