The waterfront is famous for historic Battleship Iowa, San Pedro Fish Market, and maritime museums. Cruises, restaurants, and shops abound there. San Pedro is also accessible to the southern beach cities. Welcome to legendary traffic famous in LA : D San Pedro is on both a local and a city-wide bus line, but public transportation can be difficult and time-consuming. Uber and Lyft are widely available, but if you want to make the most of your time here, a rental car is ideal. Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. It's the main front house. Only 10 minutes to Redondo Beach, Torrance Beach, Palos Verdes, Lomita, Rolling Hills. and 35 minutes to LAX. Across the street from Movie theater, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Lots of eateries! Front house is shared with the back units but it's totally private with a separate entrance. Private patio and you also get the whole front yard to yourself. One pet allowed under 25 pounds. (No cats-too much fur)

Lovely Highly rated Private guest house in the rear of our house with private access and private parking with AIr Conditioning just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach The area is very walk-able 3 mins to the beach and a few blocks to a beautiful dining and shopping area. We Provide Bikes, beach towels, boogie Boards, umbrella's etc. The guest house is a separate structure and fenced privately, with private access and parking. You wil love it ;-)
