Located 1 mile away, Belton village has a great pub/restaurant and shop and just a few minutes drive to the next town and villages. A 10 minute drive to Loughbourgh and Ashby de la zouch. At the Barn you will enjoy comfort, space and a bit of luxury.

There is space to sleep six, the master bedroom is fitted with a superking sized bed and bedroom two is fitted with a 4ft double; the living room also has a sofa bed which is a double bed when folded out. Private back garden with LED lighting. 5 minute drive to Loughborough town and only a 15 minute drive from the beautiful Bradgate park. Off road parking 7kw electrical vehicle charging is available with advanced notice.

Two upstairs bedrooms, with a king size bed and Freeview TV, and one with single (further beds on discussion); bathroom&downstairs shower room. Downstairs sitting room with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink. Screen (no TV) available in sitting room with HDMI cable. Washing up service provided. This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.

The loft has views over Beacon Hill and can walk directly out into the countryside. It is situated on a country lane which not a through road so very quiet. The property has a small kitchenette with a microwave, two ring induction hob, frying pan and saucepan. A fridge, sink, kettle and plates, bowls and cutlery.
