Only 10 minutes drive from Picton where the train, bus or ferry connects you to the gateway of the South Island or North Island. Soak in the spa pool, relax on a deck with a glass of wine, use the kayaks or paddleboard or put out a fishing rod just metres from your suite. Spectacular sea views over the beautiful Waikawa Bay in stunning Marlborough Sounds. A 2-minute stroll to the beach, jetty & boat ramp. Kids playground, free BBQ, small beach, jumping off water platoons, a lovely place to spend the day/evening. King bedroom upstairs with lounge, kitchen, bathroom and deck all to yourselves in an elevated position at the top of a quiet cul-de-sac. 2 rooms with beds downstairs (please note there are no windows in these rooms).

Our place is a self contained studio unit situated on a vineyard only 6 km from Blenheim. It has great views over the vineyard and is quiet and secluded despite being close to all amenities and the outstanding range of vineyards that Marlborough has to offer. Feel free to stroll our vineyard and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of it's rural location. Please note: due to being a working vineyard our property is not suitable or safe, for infants or children.
