Stunning modern villa, one minute from the beach

Villa Linda has been my family's summer house for more than 50 years. The villa was completely renovated in 2017, with great care and attention to detail. The 250m² house is located in a spacious 1000m² garden with a fantastic private pool and an outdoor pergola with a barbecue. All details have been taken care of: a great living room-kitchen of 70m², with all amenities, 5 double and spacious bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), and even a private garage.

A spacious outdoor area features a sparkling salt-water pool surrounded by lounge chairs. Umbrellas provide shade while the modern structure offers large windows that invite natural light. Lush greenery borders the space, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere.
