The villa is secluded and about 200 meters from the village It consists of an autochthonous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part dominated by large glass surfaces that merge the interior of the house with the exterior. The old house has a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen and full bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.

Apartment Anka 5 is located in a quiet part of Punat. It consists of one bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a spacious terrace. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and the islet of Košljun. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi and a washing machine. It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.

This big apartment is equipped with everything You need! Our position is very kid friendly - the first playground is a 5 minute stroll, and the bigger beach is only a short car ride away (1,8km). There You can find our water slides with a sea water pool (see pictures)! The first round is on us :)
