It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

This modern 24 m2 studio is located in a quiet street of Punat town, only 350m from the shop and 500m from the first beach and the promenade by the sea. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a private terrace. Studio is situated on the low ground floor of the house. The pool is shared with guests from the another apartment situated in the same house. Parking is in the yard. The pool opens on 01.06. and closes on 01.10. A/C and Wi-Fi are included in the price.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. Nice little apartment in the old town near the center. We are pets friendly. In Punat you have nice long seafront promenade, bike road, shephards paths, etc... There are lots of little retaurants where you can try our traditional food.
