Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

A private terrace is presented, featuring wooden outdoor furniture arranged for dining and relaxation. Scenic views of the sea and distant mountains are visible, complemented by clear blue skies. Sunlight illuminates the space, creating a bright and open atmosphere.

Unique beach house with a splendid seaview, infinity pool( heated) and hot tub with sea view in the village Jadranovo, quiet and beautiful part of Crikvenica Riviera. In the perfect location, just a few stairs away from the beach, 30min bike ride(bikes included) or an even quicker car ride from center of Crikvenica. This house is animal friendly and they are allowed with extra fee. Enjoy private atmosphere few stairs from sea and short drive from city noise.
