Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

The cosy log cabin is located separately on a small-scale nature campsite, between ancient olive trees. The hut has a living area including a kitchenette and a sleeping area for two people. Around the cabin you can see the peaks of the Gran Sasso on one side and the high mountains of the Majella on the other side. At the terrace there's a lot of privacy. The municipal access road to the site is a little steep. Within walking distance you can find a pizzeria and during the weekend an agriturismo.

A clear swimming pool is framed by a circular stone patio. Surrounding greenery includes rolling hills, vineyards, and olive trees, contributing to a serene outdoor ambiance. A wooden lounge chair is positioned near the edge of the pool, facing the picturesque landscape.

Typical Marche farmhouse arranged on two floors with fabulous pergola overlooking the garden. The house is located 1 km from the center of the village. Immersed in the Marche countryside, the house is located a few meters from the Tronto river and adjacent to the cycle path that connects S. Benedetto.Not having houses in close proximity, the house allows you to fully enjoy your stay in absolute freedom(even with music until late at night). A barbecue and wood-burning oven is available.

Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.
