Unique house with private pool and stunning view

Beautifully restored house from 1914. 2 bedrooms each with a king-size bed. 1 mezzanine bedroom, not suitable for young children. 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet upstairs. Outdoor shower. Storage room with large fridge and freezer. Separate toilet. Dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, soft sheets and high quality towels and pool towels. Breathtaking view of the valley of the Trigno. Private pool (open from april till november). High quality garden furniture and two parasols.

Stone house completely renovated by our family and located in the wonderful village of Pretoro, at the foot of the Majella. Two floors and a large garden entirely available for guests. This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
