A comfortable king size bed and kitchenette with all the utensils needed to prepare breakfast or a small meal. Public service transportation is available just as you open the gate and leave the premises. Wi-Fi service available and reliable. Hot water on the shower, sink and kitchen faucets.

Guests occupy the entire lower level which includes their own private entrance and patio over looking the garden.
