This is a rare opportunity to be the only guests on 220 acres of gentle hills with grasslands interspersed with trees and ponds. You may explore the woodlands and wetlands as well as the sustainable grazing of sheep. The back yard is filled with an organic vegetable garden and across the yard are honeybees. Your family may participate in any and all of it. The newly renovated apartment is the upstairs of my farmhouse. It includes a private entrance, full kitchen and deck overlooking the lake.

We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

Property is located at Clarklake a public lake and access for swimming/boating can be gained at the public access a few minutes away. This location is wonderful to take walks/ biking with a 7 mile trail around the lake.

Enjoy our hot tub all year long. Canal views with free access to pedal boat, SUPs, and kayak. Relax by the indoor gas fireplace or fire pit. Guest rave about nearby wineries and walking trails. UM football : 30 miles to the Big House. Equestrians- Waterloo Hunt: 9 miles. We offer dog-friendly accommodations (pet fee required). Want a pontoon to explore the lake? Enjoy staying inside by the cozy fireplace, 10 acres of wooded property along the tiffin river, direct access to fish the river, and enjoy miles of Scenic views with direct access to the Cannon-Wabash Bike and Walking trail! Room for plenty of guests with 3 bedrooms one king, two queens and a pull out couch.

Enjoy quiet, rustic living just minutes from downtown Perrysburg. Located on the Maumee river. You will see all kinds of wildlife and feel relaxation in the cabin at our river home. The cabin is attached to the main home with separate entrance and separate space. There is an area for sitting outside to enjoy the views or make a fire. Kayaks are available with a 15 minute paddle to a sandbar To get to the cabin you park up top and have to walk down 48 steps.
