The terrace overlooking the sea🌊 is a small characteristic apartment that belonged to my great-great-grandfather, located in the picturesque harbor of Riomaggiore. Beach, downtown, restaurants, station and ferries are a short distance away. Unique place to spend mornings to drink coffee and evenings while sipping a local wine, watching sunrise and sunset in the first row!🌅🍷 I hope it brings luck to couples as it did to my grandparents.🥰 *If you are more than 2 people, we recommend the apartment to families!There is little privacy.

On the sixth floor of a typical "palazzata" (apartment building), with a characteristic "camoglina" staircase (not recommended for those with walking difficulties and children - adults only). The two windows offer breathtaking views from Punta Chiappa to Genoa, and unforgettable sunsets. Small but comfortable, it is the result of careful and accurate renovation. Very central and very convenient for trains, buses and ferries.

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.
