Parties and events are not allowed.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to coffee shop and more. Host occasionally occupies lowest level of the home which has a private entrance and no access to the guests' space. When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!

Pet Fee: $25 Early check in/late check out: $25 Interested in "tiny home" living? The Bird's Nest is a cozy ATTIC space turned into an apartment! The ceilings range from 6 ft 5", dipping lower at the roof lines! Private entrance on the side of the home. 1 mile from the downtown riverwalk, 8 miles from Wrightsville Beach, & in the center of the inner-city/downtown area. The historic Market Street is 2 blocks over, which heads both downtown & to the beach.

Red Fox Farm- "Kit" near Downtown Wilmington

Tucked away on a serene 10-acre farm, this guest space blends rustic charm with subtle sophistication. Enjoy the sounds of clucking chickens, a mini donkey grazing nearby, and a rescue pup. The farm is also home to deer, wild turkeys, barn swallows, hawks, and bunnies. With no major roads nearby and tall pines all around, you'll experience true peace and quiet — your own private haven to relax, reflect, and create.

Private Tiny Home in the Woods!

This is a small cabin at the back of our property that has good privacy from the main house. It's a cozy space, but with a King size bed and a loft it easily accommodates 3 people! Very close to the beach. Dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats), please add as a "pet" to your reservation. The fee is $30 per stay. Dogs must be crated if left alone. We have one available if required.
