Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

Charmant duplex, entièrement climatisé et rénové, dans une maison individuelle. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la Baie des Anges. Soleil toute la journée jusqu’au coucher du soleil depuis la jolie terrasse. Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville. Aucun contact avec d'autres résidents. Parking gratuit sur place réservé aux riverains dans la voie privée.

Il est entièrement équipé pour les familles, dispose d’une place de parking privée, d’une terrasse plein sud avec vue, de la climatisation, de moustiquaires. Il est placé au calme, en retrait de la route. Deux des chambres donnent sur des jardins, idéal pour se réveiller avec le chant des oiseaux. nice le port : appartement rénové dans une résidence sécurisée avec ascenseur et fibre. ce logement dispose d'une entrée , d'un séjour, d'une cuisine ouverte équipée, d'un coin nuit, douche, de wc et d' une buanderie. Le séjour est doté d'un canapé lit (couchage 194X140 cm), d'une table pour manger, télévision et climatisation réversible. (non adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite) lit bébé et une chaise bébé sur demande (à préciser lors de la réservation).

Exceptional waterfront apartment (2022) in Nice

This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. Magnificent 3 room apartment entirely renovated on the sea front. You will be conquered by the situation of the flat "feet in the water". The building was built on the hill of the castle, so you will be 1 minute away from the old nice and its magnificent daily market. Flat with lift for 4 people including 2 bedrooms, one of which opens onto this beautiful terrace overlooking the Nice skyline with its designer lounge and fully equipped kitchen.
