Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. Magnificent 3 room apartment entirely renovated on the sea front. You will be conquered by the situation of the flat "feet in the water". The building was built on the hill of the castle, so you will be 1 minute away from the old nice and its magnificent daily market. It is fully equipped for families, has a private parking space, a south-facing terrace with views, air conditioning, mosquito nets. It is quietly located, set back from the road. Two of the bedrooms overlook gardens, ideal for waking up to birdsong. Ideally located less than 5 minutes to the reserve beach and about ten minutes to the tram.
