Newly renovated studio with a private sunny terrace located in the Antiques district close to the Port of Nice. The 24 m2 studio (+ 7 m2 terrace) has a light, airy open-plan living space including a fully equipped kitchen-diner, lounge/bed room with a top quality Italian fold-down sofa bed. Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. The new tram line - just 300m away - is a real advantage (see Getting Around below).

Magnificent 3 room apartment entirely renovated on the sea front. You will be conquered by the situation of the flat "feet in the water". The building was built on the hill of the castle, so you will be 1 minute away from the old nice and its magnificent daily market. Flat with lift for 4 people including 2 bedrooms, one of which opens onto this beautiful terrace overlooking the Nice skyline with its designer lounge and fully equipped kitchen.

Charming duplex, fully air-conditioned and renovated, in a detached house. Exceptional views of the sea and the Bay of Angels. Sun all day until sunset from the pretty terrace. Within a private road that leads you directly to the beach (about 3 min walk), the port (about 7 min walk) and the tram. Atypical accommodation near the city center. No contact with other residents. Free parking on site reserved for residents in the private lane.

Enjoy this fabulous accommodation by the sea. It is fully equipped for families, has a private parking space, a south-facing terrace with a view, air conditioning, mosquito nets. It is in a quiet location, set back from the road. Two of the bedrooms overlook gardens, perfect for waking up to the sound of birdsong. Ideally located less than 5 minutes from the beach of the reserve and about ten minutes from the tram.
