Charming duplex, fully air-conditioned and renovated, in a detached house. Exceptional views of the sea and the Bay of Angels. Sun all day until sunset from the pretty terrace. Within a private road that leads you directly to the beach (about 3 min walk), the port (about 7 min walk) and the tram. Atypical accommodation near the city center. No contact with other residents. Free parking on site reserved for residents in the private lane.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It is fully equipped for families, has a private parking space, a south-facing terrace with views, air conditioning, mosquito nets. It is quietly located, set back from the road. Two of the bedrooms overlook gardens, ideal for waking up to birdsong. Ideally located less than 5 minutes to the reserve beach and about ten minutes to the tram.

Luxury appartment with lovely terrace and nice frontal sea view is situated at the yachting marina of Nice. It has all modern confort and luxury finishing. It has a wonderful location. Quiet residential area but very close ( walking distance) to the city center. Many shops, restaurants close by. Pebble beach almost in front of flat. Direct tramline to airport and citycenter.

Beautiful 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor (without elevator) with a balcony facing the sea and the harbor. This flat is located at the bottom of the Castle Hill and a few steps away from the Old Town. Hang out on cafe terraces in the afternoon sun or enjoy the view from the balcony. Before diner, have a cocktail while admiring the sunset on the sea side.
