Guests can enjoy the entire flat which includes a large open plan living-dining area with two south-facing windows overlooking the Port of Nice and the Castle Hill. Separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom with gorgeous views All the apartment was fully renovated in the summer of 2017 and offers A/C. Listed building, period features, high floor with elevator. Guests have full access to the entire apartment. Secure parking for bicycles in the building. We are always available for our guests. We will always welcome you personally and offer you a wealth of information on the area, Nice and the region. The apartment is located in the port area, close to Old Nice, Place Garibadi and the Promenade des Anglais. Easy to reach, public transportation takes you easily to Monaco, Menton, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat or Eze. Car parks are available in the immediate vicinity. Bike paths and buses start in front of property to all parts of town, Monaco and all coastal towns along the coast. Boat services to Corsica start at the port opposite the building.

Exceptional waterfront apartment (2022) in Nice

This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. Magnificent 3 room apartment entirely renovated on the sea front. You will be conquered by the situation of the flat "feet in the water". The building was built on the hill of the castle, so you will be 1 minute away from the old nice and its magnificent daily market. Flat with lift for 4 people including 2 bedrooms, one of which opens onto this beautiful terrace overlooking the Nice skyline with its designer lounge and fully equipped kitchen.

Within a private road that leads you directly to the beach (about 3 min walk), the port (about 7 min walk) and the tram. Atypical accommodation near the city center. No contact with other residents. Enjoy this fabulous accommodation by the sea. It is fully equipped for families, has a private parking space, a south-facing terrace with a view, air conditioning, mosquito nets. It is in a quiet location, set back from the road. Two of the bedrooms overlook gardens, perfect for waking up to the sound of birdsong. Ideally located less than 5 minutes from the beach of the reserve and about ten minutes from the tram.
