The Cottage

Cozy renovated and clean little house in a quiet and family-oriented neighborhood with a big back yard and a nice setting to enjoy an outdoor BBQ looking at the golf course. Very close to prime shopping, restaurants and the zoo. South Padre Island and SpaceX are also close by. This one bedroom house was completely renovated in 2021. Everything is neat and new. A/C units with heat as well as ceiling fans in every room and a 58" Smart TV / WiFi. Parking on the property just in front of the house.

(Does not have a beach view) it's 'One Open Concept' condo, but roomy, well designed, comfortable, bright, with a nice little balcony. The unit has a complete kitchen, diner table for 4 people, kitchen appliances, bbq & basic utensils, AC, tile, and other amenities. Stunning Condo Featured On HGTV-Steps To The Beach

Our condo was featured on HGTV. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths - everything you could want for your vacation only half a block from the beach, with two pools and a hot tub. Condo sleeps 6 adults easily (1 king and 2 full beds) and there is a premium air mattress available for use in the living area. Combination of 8 people can stay in the condo comfortably. We are only allowed to accommodate 6 adults in the condo per our HOA rules.
