Great condo on the beach side of South Padre Island available! Booking guest must be 21 or over and stay for trip. This place has a pool available during daylight hours and is perfect for families. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with third sofa bed that pulls out from sleeper sofa. There is an assigned long parking spot that can fit 2 cars. There is a biking /running trail as well as beach access within a couple hundred feet. No more than 6 guests at any time permitted. (2nd floor)

The condo is one bedroom king size bed and a daybed with doble twin bed on the side. The living room has a sofa bed. Gulfpoint Condominiums requires all guests to pay a one-time $10 per person Resort Fee during most days of the year. HIGHER RESORT FEES APPLY TO THE TIME PERIODS NOTED BELOW. From March 1 to April 17, and the last week of JULY the Resort Fee is $35 per person. From June 1 to August 7, 2022, or During Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's the Resort Fee is $20 .
