Welcome to a "Shore Thing", a 2-bedroom modern beach house that is the perfect getaway spot for you and your loved ones to connect, unwind and enjoy everything that beautiful Belmar and the Jersey Shore has to offer. Enjoy the sounds of the Ocean just 3.5 blocks to the beach and walking distance to all of the local spots in town including F St, Anchor Tavern, Marina Grille, 10th Ave Burrito, etc. The property is also a quick Uber to other hot locations such as Asbury Park, Spring Lake and OG.

This house is a perfect rental for families - or groups. Convenient location across the street from the beach and boardwalk. Parking for up to 5 cars. The downstairs is open concept. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).

Welcome to the dollhouse in point pleasant beach! You will find this to be one of the most unique, charming, cool beach houses down the shore! The home has excellent light, two coffee makers, and an espresso machine. Once you make your coffee, you can sit on our beautiful porch or on our wicker furniture in the back.
