Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving

900 ft2 completely renovated. New paint, cable TV, WIFI, dvd library, reading library, rural setting within 10 min drive to restaurants, colleges, grocery stores, malls, movies. Full Kerig amenities with organic coffee, tea, decaf, hot chocolate & sweeteners from honey to Stevia. Laundry supplies, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. On the grounds you will find semi-free-roaming chickens (don't worry, they won't bite) and a loving cat named Sunny and a little cavapoo dog named Stewby. The cabin backs up to a wooded area, so even thought you are only minutes from shopping, parks, Beaverfork Lake, and many other attractions, it feels like you are in the country.

Welcome to Ms. Penny's Place! This newly remodeled, 3 bedroom home sits right in the heart of Conway - a half mile from Conway High School and about 1.5 miles from Hendrix College, Central Baptist College and the University of Central Arkansas. Enjoy the school house touches and 15+ years of CHS yearbooks to look through. It's the perfect spot for your first visit to Conway...or for a former Wampus Cat to enjoy a walk down memory lane.

The Winery Chateau

The Chateau is located at the base of Petit Jean Mt. State Park, former home of Movie House Winery. Experience the quiet, beautiful, quaint, private chateau above the old winery and Chiropractic office~ located in the wine and spine building. Looking for a romantic getaway or girls night out check out this unique gem! Unfortunately this space is adults only. Not suitable for small children. There is a spiral staircase at the entrance.
