The house has three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms and two spacious sun terraces. On the property, there is another vacation home with 3 apartments. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. Ein Holzkaminofen im EG heizt im Winter das ganze Haus, im Sommer locken große Terrassen nach draußen! Eine abschließbare Fahrradgarage steht bereit.

In the middle of the quiet countryside between Lindow and Rheinsberg lies the listed former school estate in a small village. The simple but tastefully converted barn is a nice place to relax. The garden borders the field behind it. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. In the vicinity, interesting places can be explored. There are swimming lakes and tranquil places in nature. Cranes fly over the roof in autumn.

The wooden house is located directly opposite the old sanatorium, only about 150 meters from the swimming area on the clear Zenssee. Each unit in the semi-detached house offers ample space for 7 people on two floors (3 bedrooms), a fireplace and a terrace with a small garden. Bikes can be stored in a lockable shed. Near the house there is a supermarket with a bakery/butcher shop and a canoe rental.
