This is a comfortable and functional studio that has been completely redone. It benefits from central heating so the apartment is warm even in winter. There is a sofa bed and a mezzanine bed above for a child. The apartment is located facing west and its view overlooks a green area and a little further away the dunes of the Penon. Beautiful bright beach house on large pine property 3 minutes walking distance from Bourdaines beach and 3 minutes drive from the golf course. Famous restaurants at the lake, major supermarkets and bars are all located close by. The traditional "landaise" style house is newly renovated. The interior mixes elements form the region with contemporary furniture and art. A large generous outside deck was newly built and together with the outside grill is a favorite hangout on lush summer nights.
