Beautiful bright beach house on large pine property 3 minutes walking distance from Bourdaines beach and 3 minutes drive from the golf course. Famous restaurants at the lake, major supermarkets and bars are all located close by. The traditional "landaise" style house is newly renovated. The interior mixes elements form the region with contemporary furniture and art. A large generous outside deck was newly built and together with the outside grill is a favorite hangout on lush summer nights.

Dans un endroit calme et a quelques minutes de marche de l'ocean, nous proposons une maisonette individuelle avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de douche. Entièrement refaite a neuf elle dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et d'un vaste salon. la maison est entièrement climatisée. La location de la piscine ou jacuzzi est possible en supplement. Notez que la piscine est chauffée et se loue de mois d'avril jusqu'au octobre.
