Nice and spacious 30m2 studio and 5m2 loggia/terrace, double exposure East and South, quiet overlooking to the pine forest, second floor without elevator of a small residence. Beach, shops, market and entertainment 100m from the apartment, hundred of free car parks available closed to the building, where you can park your car, it is the insurance of holidays without a car closed to the best european beack breaks and surf spots ! Studio Seignosse Océan (beach and shops within walking distance)

Cozy and functional studio, completely renovated, with heating for a stay even in winter. It has a sofa bed for two people and a mezzanine bed (child). Facing west, the apartment has views of a green space and, in the distance, the dunes. ⚠️ Starting September 7, work will take place in the residence. Due to possible noise pollution and the inability to use the balcony, a 25% discount is applied for the duration of the work.

My accommodation is 100 meters from the mythical beach of Estagnots, a surf spot internationally known by all lovers of board sports and thrills. You'll love this place because of the location, the calm, the immediate access to bike paths, the proximity to shops and golf courses. Parking space on the property. Pool access exclusively reserved for owners. We have a dog that we keep away from guests. We do not allow pets.
