I built this cabin in 1989, this property has a lot of history, it was part of the land that my father in law acquired from the Roosevelt program, I believe that was in 1932, he was one of the few original settlers. we have 25 acres we are in process of making walking trail that will wind back and forth through the entire property. will be a good chance of seeing all kind of wildlife including deer turkey, squirrels and all kind of birds. 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath home on Lake Oliver. 10-12 min drive to north or downtown columbus with only a 15-18 min drive to Fort Benning. Guest will enjoy the use of the dock and the deck that spans the entire length of the house. Great for fishing, swimming or docking your jet ski or boat. We also have a ruko with Hulu Live for TV. *Pet Friendly, but there is a 50.00 pet fee. Just inquire and will request the funds for this separate through Airbnb after the booking is confirmed.

Private efficiency apartment located in the Cove Apartment complex right next to the pool. Just steps to the Fall Lane Trace recreation trail and a short walk to Hardaway High and CSU. A reserved parking place is right next to the entrance. the back door opens right to the pool area for a relaxing place to unwind. This unit is set up like a hotel room with no full kitchen. Mini fridge, microwave and coffemaker are provided.
