Keep comfortable all seasons with heated floors, heat and AC on both floors. 1 mile walk to the Brewery & Old County Inn which has the best pizza.

The 2172 sf home has 4 bedrooms and a full bath on each floor. 4K 87" TV on the main level and a 4k 75" downstairs in the game room to keep the kids occupied. The AZ Trail is just a short walk from the front door.
