This cozy space is perfect for two, and is high up overlooking the treetops and rooftops of historic Pensacola. The high ceilings make the loft feel spacious, and the large windows fill the space with natural light. We do make a special request that guests walk softly after 10:00pm (we sleep below 😴). The carriage house has a private entrance at the back of the property. At 700sf, it has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, king bedroom with second TV, and a full bath with washer/dryer. 1 mile to Publix 10 min. to the airport 5-10 min. to downtown Pensacola 10-15 min. to the beach

Steps from scenic Bayview Park with paddle boards, canoes, and bikes for rent, and a short ride to bars, breweries, and restaurants on 12th Avenue. Historic downtown Pensacola offers shopping, dining, and live music at Vinyl Music Hall and performances at The Saengar Theater. Plus, the stunning white sands of Pensacola Beach are a short and stunning drive away.

Our charming cottage has a coastal feel with exposed brick and white breadboard walls. it is conveniently located within 10 min to the airport, beaches, Downtown Pensacola and parks galore. The neighbourhood has a hometown vibe that is refreshing, offering great places to walk or go for a scenic run along the bayou. Our cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).

My 1926 home has been given a lot of love to be transformed into a unique, comfortable, and cute space for your vacation. This studio has a separate entrance, kitchenette, and a beautiful waterfall shower. Oh... and a walk in closet!! Your car will be safe in the driveway and your trip to stunning white sandy beaches is just minutes away. Pensacola's best restaurants and downtown area are within 2 miles.
