Designed for 2 people, we tried to arrange a small cozy nest with as many amenities as possible (washing machine, dressing room) the 140 x 200 bed (semi-firm mattress) is ready upon arrival. Located on the hillside of Passy, facing south, we are 1 km from the highway exit! Starting point for ski resorts (on average 15 km away) or beautiful hikes all around, we are also 40 minutes from Annecy and Geneva

The living area is constructed with wooden paneling, featuring a sofa and low wooden tables. Large glass doors lead to the outside, allowing natural light to fill the space. A dining area with a wooden bench complements the rustic decor.
