In addition, you can also enjoy the garden which is always very well maintained.Just 10 mins from the center of Reggio Emilia and only 15km from the Mediopadana AV station.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

The house has been renovated with the most modern systems and is equipped with solar panels, thermal insulation, and new windows. It is also equipped with a charging station for electric cars.
