The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

We will respond to all your curiosities about the place or the structure, and with our advice we will make your experience in the 5 Terre extraordinary; please contact us! The room is located in an ancient alley of the village, Via Sant’Antonio, and has two large windows overlooking the sea; it is a short walk from the train station, Marina di Riomaggiore and the main street of the town.

The building is around 500 years old, and is thought to be at the very heart of the original Cardoso, with the village growing around this centre over the next few centuries. Beach, downtown, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. Unique place to spend mornings to drink coffee and evenings while sipping a local wine, watching sunrise and sunset in the first row!🌅🍷 *If you are more than 2 people, we recommend the apartment for families!
