Beautiful house on an island with a 200-meter beach, soft sand, complete infrastructure. Bright and cozy house, full sea view. Our family, friends and guests describe the place as paradisiacal. There are 5 suites with all comforts, air-conditioning, TV, minibar, we have a small boat for transfers, other services will have the expense of diesel. Includes a sailor and a housekeeper. If you wish, we have an excellent cook, who has worked for the family for 30 years (payment separate from the house rent)

This unique place has a style all its own and is in the best corner of Praia Grande in Paraty. It is a cozy house, standing in the sand and facing the sea. A two-story house with 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, 2 bathrooms and accommodates up to 6 people. It is located in a fishing village, in a quiet place and surrounded by very green. It is 11 km from the historic center of Paraty and in front of Ilha do Araújo. We are inside a very quiet bay, provides the paddle with beautiful places to be explored.

Complete apartment, with 85m², composed of a living room with a complete American kitchen, 2 large en-suites, as well as a balcony with a fantastic view of the pool and gardens. Located in the paradisiacal Hotel do Bosque Eco Resort (see the website). Holidays and festive dates on request and by package. Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor, accessible only by a staircase (wide, with handrail, between 12 and 15 flights of stairs). We do not accept pets.

Large house, very comfortable and charming, close to the beach. With maid service from Monday to Friday , weekdays . Living room with cable TV, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave and full kitchen utensils. It has a balcony and deck with a spectacular view, with tables for meals, countertops and sink, wine cellar, charcoal barbecue and a delicious shower right at the entrance. Anyway, all the best for those looking for rest and comfort!!
