Spacious 2-bedroom apartment with double beds, air conditioning, closets and blackout. Excellent location at Paissandu Street. close to the subway and Beach. Doorman 24h. Sofa bed in the living room and 2 extra mattresses It has smart tv 50”, wifi, kitchen equipped with fogao, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, pots... The larger bathroom is complete, with a hygienic shower and hair dryer. The other bathroom is smaller but functional, with toilet and shower. Soft and fragrant bedding and towels!

Beautiful house on an island with a 200-meter beach, soft sand, complete infrastructure. Bright and cozy house, full sea view. Our family, friends and guests describe the place as paradisiacal. There are 5 suites with all comforts, air-conditioning, TV, minibar, we have a small boat for transfers, other services will have the expense of diesel. Includes a sailor and a housekeeper. If you wish, we have an excellent cook, who has worked for the family for 30 years (payment separate from the house rent)
