There are 5 suites with all comforts, air-conditioning, TV, minibar, we have a small boat for transfers, other services will have the expense of diesel. Includes a sailor and a housekeeper. If you wish, we have an excellent cook, who has worked for the family for 30 years (payment separate from the house rent)

Ideal for children over 7 years old. We're testing a new power grid. There is a solar system for LED lights, 2 220V outlets and a small refrigerator, plus an icebox. The generator is turned on for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours at the end of the day. Screened house with good ventilation. Lots of space for everyone, barbecue area.
